Takes place in a neutral universe where everything is allowed.

Well the Dragon Torque can probably reject anything Haruhi might want to do to her as well as denying Haruhi's existence. I don't really know the full extent of Haruhi's abilities, though.

Haruhi makes Haruka dress up in moe inducing clothes, like a maid, and takes pictures of her and then bullies someone to have them posted on the internet...

anyway, wouldnt denying Haruhi's existence mean the end of everything? as she is the creator, ne?

And she can prevent Haruhi from doing the same to her?  I haven't seen Noein so I can't comment on this, but Haruka must be pretty impressive if she can go up against someone who can literally create and destroy universes in their sleep.  What are her powers exactly?

I did say she can probably stop Haruhi from doing things to her.

Her powers allow her protection from anything she doesn't want to happen; at the same time her powers make happen anything she wants to. The only time she failed to do something she wanted was when she tried to change the past of her parents, she tried many combonations but found no luck. Aside from that I don't remember any limitations, someone else can clarify her powers if need be. I think there's a thread for it in the meta battle dome as well.

Basically she's the quot;observerquot; of the universe. It's based on the anthropic principle which states that the universe or an object doesn't exist if someone isn't there to confirm it's existence meaning if there were no humans in this world then the Earth or the rest of the universe wouldn't exist. Haruka decides what should exist and what shouldn't. All in all, she has complete control over existence.

Sounds very similar to what Haruhi does.  I'm not sure who would win this, but if Haruhi's going into this match still not knowing about her powers that would probably give Haruka an advantage.

Yep, sounds almost exactly like Haruhi.  In fact Koizumi quoted that same principle in describing her once.

Right now based on what I know of them I'm going to say that their powers probably cancel each other out, which would give Haruhi the advantage in a pure physical fight (and like Superboy Prime said probably leads to Haruka having moe pictures of herself all over the internet).

If, as the first post states, anything is allowed, Haruhi is quite capable of destroying that universe and anything in it, and moving on to another.

Well Haruhi is much older  leaving their powers aside for a minute, Haruhi would probably love Haruka for she has always been able to see quot;ghostsquot; and stuff.

Is she really? From what I've seen, she doesn't seem to be in good control of her powers.

Haruka's only limit seems to be the inability to change the past. If she had sided with Noein, she would have destroyed the multiverse by converging all the timespaces/dimensions back to it's original point, chaos.

And Haruka can just switch to another time place if she wants to or she can fight against Haruhi's reality warping through her own powers.
