What if Tenten had Chiyo-baasama's kunai manipulation technique? She wouldn't miss her opponent as much and actually be able to control her large amounts of weapons and aim them without just tossing them around. Here is a manga scan of the jutsu:

Don't make obvious replies like Naruto/Sakura/anyone learning Hiraishin or things like that. Try to keep the jutsu simple and learn-able to the shinobi.

what if naruto had knew every jutsu and killed all the akatsuki with a dynamic entry that would be cool but it wouldnt work because quite frankly it would just be to much, givin a weapon specialist the ability to almost never miss no matter what is to much,
