well from what i infer from the manga ...

that is that it is said that yondiame naruto's father split the kyuubi's power in to two halfs the ying and yang or good and bad halfs... since he loved his son he gave him the good half, so in my theory the bad half was leaft for yondiame, that is how pein came to be, so its like an evil yondiame... also because he says he has no more love for him and if i am correct Konan and Pein refered to him as sensei or maybe it was just konan but any ways... this shows that Pein and Jaraiya were close at one time, just as yondiame and jaraiya were... also since Pein and Yondiame look so alike maybe they are the same person??, and Pein can change the look of his body and do special tricks with bodies as we saw from when he took 30% of Kisame and Itachi's chakra, so he may be doing it on the bodies we have seen so far... because we know that the first face we saw looks different than the second one with all those peircings... ooh ooh!!!Spoiler:

since it says that Pein is like a god and no one knows of him except that one day he came and like started makign a civil war in that country and killed the leader... if he is a quot;godquot; and no one knows of him then that must mean he is not from that country... because i mean its not like some one can jsut pop out of no from the country and being a badass you have to be well renouned and people will know who you are by your skill any ways just like how every one in Konoha knows who Naruto is...
