Sasuke - Afro Samurai
Sakura - ?
Kiba - Ash Ketchum
Akamaru - Pikachu
Hinata - ?
Shino - Spiderman
Shikamaru - Sokka (Avatar)
Ino - A princess
Choji - A hamburger
Rock Lee - Ryu Hoshi
Tenten - Chun Li
Neji - Byakuya
Gaara - The tanooki suit from SM3
Temari - Misty
Kankuro - Pinocchio
Konohamaru - Naruto
Moegi - A bee
Udon - A math symbol or a chalkboard with a bunch of equations.

Tenten- Chun Li or Sakura from the videogames.

Naruto - kyuubi
Sasuke - doesn't need a costume he's already an emo
Sakura - slutty nurse (nurse joy ^_^)
Kiba - Ash Ketchum
Akamaru - Pikachu
Hinata - rei ayanami (i don't know why evangelion)
Shino - Spiderman
Shikamaru - venom
Ino - deidara
Choji - A hamburger
Rock Lee - bruce lee
Tenten - agree's with chun li
Neji - ryu
Gaara - shakaku
Temari - misty.  temari's feisty like a ginga
Kankuro - Pinocchio
Konohamaru - naruto
Moegi - bee suit
Udon - giant cake
