Right now, i declare Itachi gt;gt;gt;gt;gt;gt;gt;gt;gt;gt;gt; Minato.

There is no way, no way in hell Minato could come up witha jutsu to counter Amaterasu and let alone tsukomi.

Before minato could use his Hiraishin no Jutsu, he would be trapped into tsukomi. Since he doesnt know this kind of genjutsu even exist. Before he could come up with something, he would be all trashed by Itachi, since 1 sec in real world its over 80 hours in his genjutsu world. which means bye bye.

and after one sec turtoring, all Itachi needs is to shot a Amaterasu.
then minato is all gone.

well even if he did survived the battle with the 9-tails, he would be end up dead anyway when facing itachi

blackbeard owns both of them with relative ease.
