Anyways, Onizuka is a martial artist. He did superhuman feats i have yet to see from Sakuragi. And I believe Akagi was stronger than him. There wasn't anyone stronger than Onizuka in GTO, IIRC.
Onizuka wins.
Onizuka is a goddamn juggernaut. He murders Sakuragi.

Onizuka runs through walls, dives off four-story buildings into cars, piledrives people off of rooftops, loses traffic-dodging games, and regularly beats the shit out of people. He wins so hard it hurts the reader.

Losing traffic dodging is impressive because HE GETS HIT BY A FUCKING CAR.
Also, Onizuka bashed his way through a wall when trying to get at that crazy teacher who took Azusa hostage. By piledrive people off of rooftops I mean all those times when someone tries to jump off the roof and he ends up catching them, falling onto the white Cresta with them on top of him.
Sakuragi has height advantage. And He was the leader of his gang along Yohei Mito. Sakuragi has fearsome pile drivers. I wouldn't discard him so soon.

He's fallen off of multi-story buildings and gotten up immediately afterwards more times than I can count, done incredible feats after being shot multiple times, is a 2nd dan blackbelt in karate, can lift 150 kg, took down Heihachi and Jason in arm wrestling (after taking down 90+ people before that, breaking their arms 3 at a time), healed from a broken arm in one day, tore out a bunch of lockers and nearly crushed a student with them, got hit full on by a car and had his head turned 180 degrees, came back from the dead, and is generally very violent while fighting.If you need more convincing:

You forget to mention his IQ is nearly 50.
Sakuragi is all this and he has punched and headbutt guys who can tower Onizuka easily....I mean...Sakuragi height is 1.89...way higher than any average japanese people....and he can damage Akagi...a guy who makes Onizuka looks like a dwarf.
Sakuragi could beat a judo captain easily while he was playing around trying to get the photo of the girl he liked. Actually, it was implied that Onizuka bested the top high school geniuses in a national exam. And he took the exam in 1/3 of the time, while bleeding from gunshot wounds in his abdomen. Either way, he did manage to grad from a community college.
And again with the height. What does height matter in the world of absurd manga physics? Nilch. Zero. Nadda. Zip. Absolutely Nothing.
All that matters are the feats and statements. Do you really think beating a Juudo captain can compare to the scene I just posted?

Can anyone in Slam Dunk live after falling from a 4 story building onto a car while breaking another person's fall? Anyone who can break a regular person's arm with ease? Except that instead of speed blitzing, it's a pure power and endurance advantage. Onizuka isn't a normal human. He's definitely above that. And you've yet to show me anything that implies Sakuragi might be above peak human.

Onizuka's greatest feat imo is...(do note this all happened in a chain)
1) Taking 4 bullets through his guts
2) then without seeking medicial attention, tracked down the guy who shot him
3) Broke through a solid wall just to grab that guy, who was armed with a knife and pistol
4) Disarmed his pistol, though that guy ran off(it was implied his severe injuries prevented Onizuka from chasing)
5) The guy then held a girl with his knife to her throat at least 2 metres away, sending Onizuka into a rage, and was about to stab her, Onizuka speedblitzed him and punched him into the fences before he could finish his stab
6) The guy climbed to the top of the fences, then threw a self-made cocktail grenade towards Onizuka and others, Onizuka then caught the nade, bit off a portion of the wire(he timed it so it could explode faster than the other nades), then hucled it towards the water tank, causing the water to splash over everyone, and rendering all the other nades useless
7) Now, standing a good 5 metres from Onizuka, the crazy guy leapt off the top of the fences, yet before he could hit the ground, Onizuka had matched his momentium and distance, and grabbed his feet with one hand, and held the wall pipings(ripping a good half of them out) with his other, keeping both of them alive

This is really rape. Sakuragi is maybe peak human at best. Onizuka does superhuman stuff on a regular basis. He demolishes Sakuragi.
