Can they take him with restrictions not allowing Sharks on Darts and the barring of Kakashi's Mangekyou Sharingan?

Team Kakashi:

- Kakashi (w/o MS)
- Gai + Lee
- Kisame

vs

Arlong without Shark on Darts. Kisame also understands that Arlong gets stronger fighting under the water so while I guess it possible for him to use Suiton techniques without a body of water (Kakashi can do it, certainly Kisame should be able to), he won't use his lake creating technique.

Because Arlong could finish this with flicking water at them.

If there is water in the area i think Arlong can take this, still he can do shark on gears without water, so i give it to him without water too, though i think he will have trouble with gated gai and lee. And Kisame's water jutsus won't do nothing to Arlong, so his only chance for fighting is to use other jutsus/samehada.

lol. Kisame is likely will do a water technique first and that means Arlong rapes them. If not it will be hard but i see no techniques that can actually really damage Arlong from Team Kakashi.
