Boss Summons

Lets say hypothetically 2 different individuals signed contracts with the same boss summon.. such as manda or gamabunta ... and like those 2 different individuals were off in two different places fighting 2 different opponents.. and one of them summons the boss.. and a minute later the other summons the same boss... will the guy that summoned it first be shit out of luck and be like..  !@#!@%#@%@#$ or is their a rule to this concept?

I imagine only one person can enter a contract with any summon, especially a boss summon.

Ya know I've always wondered this myself. I actually thought maybe the whole Sasuke and Oro fight would lead to a conflict in summoning Manda. Since it's so complicated I doubt this will ever happen though.

Edit: Even though they were in the same place, I would've loved to see who Manda would've listened to, if any that is.

second guy would bring out the second-most-powerful summon and have the excess chakra be wasted.

Thats obviously false. Both Naruto and Jiraiya have the ability to summon Gamabunta, just as Sasuke and Orochimaru both had the ability to summon Manda.

i meant this as in... lets say jiraiya is fighting pein at the moment.. so he summons gamabunta... to help/assist him in his fight. then naruto is in search for sasuke.. and wants to summon gamabunta..(assuming he can summon him easier now) ...will naruto be able to summon gamabunta away from jiraiya or do you think he wont be able to... we all know naruto has more chakra than jiraiya.. and please no stupid post saying he'll get Gamatatsu or Gamakichi (the 2 worthless toads that naruto summoned in part 1)

I think the second person will be unable to summon the boss, maybe he'll get another summon or just nothing att all.

considering how Jiraiya got Gamakichi when he wanted Gamabunta in the Sannin fight, i'd say you can WANT the boss, but you won't necessarilly GET the boss.

The second person to do the summon will probably get another powerful summon, but not the Boss since the boss has already been summoned somewhere...

I believed that no two people could use the same contract withing lifetimes, however, this was contridicted when Naruto signed the scroll and Jiraiya was still living. It would seem that the summon would be based on the animals preference, however we can never be certain.

Doesn't it depend on the amount of chakra in which creature is summoned? If so, then when a large amount is used, either the boss summon will be taken from the first's location and brought to the second or it could be that the other, lesser, summons would be called forth in a group.

i believe the summon will sense that someone else is summoning him or her and will choose to either go or stay

i think the summon basically goes to the person who has the higer skill in summoning no jutsu. Or mabye the boss summon could chouse which person he/she would be summoned by at that momment. However since very few people every sighn the same contract, have a battle at the same time, summon the same animal, etc...its probably never an issue

I guess it will come down to who has stronger chakra.

They would have to do rock, papers and scissors to decide who would use the summon!

Whoever summoned the boss first gets it. The other is screwed.
